Rumors in the smartphone industry suggest that Xiaomi is about to release a mini version of the previously released Mi Max. They had released Mi Max in October of this year and it has been getting a lot of positive reviews from all over the World. It is rumored that the new Mi Mix Nano will be targeted towards a particular audience. Let us have a look at some of the rumored specifications.
Display and Built
Although the dimensions of the phone and its weight is yet to be revealed, the screen size is expected to be 5.5". The IPS LCD capacitive touch screen will be featuring a resolution of 1080x2040 pixels. The phone will support Multi touch but it is not quiet clear if the screen will be coming with any protection or no. The built will be almost similar to the Mi Max with some changes of course. This also will be having a non removable back case.
Perfomance and Memory
The Mi Mix Nano will run Android v6.0 Marshmallow edition as the Operating system. The phone will be processed by a quad core Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 821 processor with a GPU of Adreno 530 backing it up. The Mix Nano will have a 4GB RAM along with an internal memory of 64 GB. The internal memory can not be expanded since there is no memory slot in the device. Among the four cores present, two will be clocked at 2.35GHz and the rest will be clocked at 1.6 GHz.
Camera
This department will star a 16MP back camera with phase detection auto focus and dual tone dual LED flash and the selfies will be shot in the 5MP front camera. The camera which will capture videos at 2160 p will feature Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama.
Miscellaneous
The phone will support fast charging which will fill an 80% charge in just 30 minutes using a type C USB cable (Quick Charging 3.0). The fingerprint scanner at the back will add to the enhanced security on the phone. The other sensors involved will be a Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Proximity sensor, a digital compass and a Barometer.The price and the exact release dates are yet to be announced as of now but the features rumored says that this phone has the potential to be a good hit on the market.
