What are Some Good Random Advices ?

9 slapped 8.
8 asked, "Why did you slap me"?
9 replied, "You are inferior to me, so I slapped you."
Upon hearing this, 8 went to 7 and slapped 7 harder.
When asked by 7 why, 8 gave the same reply that 9 gave.
"You are inferior to me".
Likewise,
7 slapped 6.
6 slapped 5.
5 slapped 4.
4 slapped 3.
3 slapped 2.
2 slapped 1.
Now 1 has 0 as its inferior.
But, instead of slapping—
1 welcomed 0 with love. Allowed 0 to stand next to it.
The duo became 10.

Tables turned and it is now number 9's turn to get slapped.
Advice:
  • Choose your relations wisely.
  • A good friend is as worthy as 1000 good books.
  • A bad friend is as harmful as 1000 enemies.
  • Even a mighty snake dies if a group of ants attack. Never be proud of your position. Stay grounded.

I have experienced these lessons the hard way. My advice to you would be:
  1. Start listening to your gut instinct. It’s always right. Scientists have studied the ‘gut instinct’ in depth and learned that the dopamine neurons in your body alert you when something or someone in your environment is ‘off’. If you get a bad feeling about a situation, listen to it. It’s happening for a reason.
  2. NEVER make important decisions based on the opinions and advice of people who won’t be involved in the situation or have to deal with the consequences.
  3. Learn to pause. When stressed, angry (especially when angry!), worn down or nervous, just close your eyes, take a deep breath and count to at least 5.
  4. Never deprive someone of hope, and always remember that miracles happen.
  5. Be patient and kind towards others. It’s true what they say, “everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about.” Also remember that it’s never too late to apologise or forgive. Even if it makes no difference to the other person, it will make a difference to you.
  6. Never give anyone more than 2 chances.
  7. If you never learn another thing in life, learn how to meditate. You’ll be glad you did.
  8. Respect yourself and set your standards. Don’t lower these for any person, regardless of how much you like them.
  9. Be mindful about who you give your time to. If someone treats you like an option, don’t make them a priority. And above all, don’t let past heartbreaks harden your heart.
  10. Re read books and Re watch movies at different times in your life. The stories don't change, but your perspective does.
  11. Don't make decisions when you are angry . Don't make promises when you are happy.
  12. Be clear about things you say.
  13. If you expect something in return for being a nice person, then you are NOT a nice person.
  14. Things you may not have liked before, may not be that bad after some time.
  15. When searching plane tickets online, delete your cookies. Prices go up if you visit a site multiple times.
  16. Don't chase after what doesn't work. Let the universe take over.
  17. People either inspire you or drain you. Pick them wisely.
  18. If they don't know you personally, don't take it personal.
  19. Everyone you meet is fighting a battle of some kind.Be kind . Always.
  20. Remind yourself that it's okay not to be perfect all the time.
  21. If you don't fight for what you want, then don't cry for what you lose.
  22. Always reach out for that extra mile. It's never crowded.
  23. "NO"-Learn to say it. It might make them angry, but it will set you free; your freedom is more important than their anger.
  24. The quieter you become, the more you can hear.
  25. People will always spread rumours about you.People will always cause drama involving you. But the only thing you can do is Rise above them and Shine!
  26. Moods can be contagious. Don't catch or spread one.
  27. People who notice everything but remain silent, must be feared.
  28. Just because someone desires you; does not necessarily mean that they value you.
  29. Plenty of great advices are already given. I will add only a few to them.
    • Prefer silence when you are down.We are not Buddha, we are not prophets or saints. But we are HUMANS. That is why we lose temper in the darkest hours. At those moments, choose silence above anything. Those who care for you and those who don't, for both, your silence would work best.
    • Choose Respect over Love if you ever need to.What my life experiences have taught me is that, even if you ever need to compromise with your love, never compromise with self-respect. Respect is hard-earned. And love without respect is going to die someday, whereas respect helps to make love bloom more than before.
    • Learn to forgive.I am not saying that you should forget everything bad you have faced. Forgetting is blasphemy. But try to forgive as much as possible. Learn to forgive others, learn to forgive yourself, not because you are weak, rather because it is all about your inner peace.
    • Never speak ill of others at their back.Speaking ill of others when they are not around means you are not sufficiently self-focused. Even if you feel an urge to spit about others in the form of sharing, do not share. Happiness, built on the ground of others' sorrow, never lasts properly for sure.
    • Make the best use of yourself. You are the beginning of your day, and it is you with whom your night ends. Love yourself wholeheartedly before you expect others to love you. Practise constructive habits. Be productive. Work hard to improve yourself mentally and physically every day. Don't leave regrets while you are alive, since life is an opportunity.
    Happy living!
  30. What matters to you changes with age. We keep blindly running after wealth and power, only to realize that these are temporary.
So, my friend, love your family, make true friends and invest yourself in the relationships. You might not matter to the world but for some people you will be the world and world would be a happier place
  31. If you don't get time for exercising everyday the least you can do is take the stairs everytime everywhere you get tempted to take the elevator/lift.

    1. It wont be soon but you will see the changes in your body gradually.
    2. Your stamina of the core and legs will be improved.
    3. You won't have to stand in the lift feeling claustrophobic or just standing weird with strangers.
    4. Every time you reach the top, you may fill a sense of achievement.

If your destination floor is too high, then try to walk up the stairs as long as you can and then take the elevator.

The three best pieces of advice that I can share are quite simple, and they're talked about a lot, but for some odd reason they're rarely followed...
Physical Exercise

Get physical exercise for at least 15 - 20 minutes a day. It's life changing, incredibly healthy, and your body needs it to function at the highest level physically, internally, and mentally. You'll feel incredible too!
Mental Exercise

Read for at least 15 - 20 minutes a day. Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body. It enhances your vocabulary, comprehension, writing, focus, and your ability to think deeply among other things. It also fills your mind with knowledge which is invaluable, and can never be taken from you.
Food Consumption

Eat a good variety and balance of vegetables, fruits, and seeds often. Eat what makes your body and mind feel good/energetic. Keep a food journal for a few months if you need in order to keep track of foods and the affect they're having on you. Overall, make sure you're getting enough proper nutrition each day. Food is the fuel that feeds your body and mind, and allows for the above two to be more effective.
Develop a daily habit for each of these. Each one of these affects the other in a good way. If you're doing all three of them daily, you'll notice a big difference, especially in the long run. The more consistent you are with them, the better and more consistent your life will become in almost every way...
