Surgical Strikes : India Reacts to Uri attacks

What happened 11 days ago in Uri is unforgettable as 18 Indian soldiers lost their lives fighting Pakistan militants. Uri attacks now has been considered as the worst attack on Indian Armed forces in Kashmir. After the Uri attacks, the prime minister of India condemned the attacks saying that we will take all necessary actions required.

This is How Army Accomplished the Mission

Last night Indian Army responded those attacks by conducting Surgical strikes on terror launch pads across the LOC. The DGMO said that India can no more compromise with the Pakistan militant attacks. Surgical attacks conducted by Indian Army lasted for 4 hours i.e., 12:30 am to 4:30 am. The operation was conducted 2 Km across LOC. Indian Army confirms that 5 terror launch pads have been destroyed by them.

Reactions After Strike

Lot many things happened after surgical attacks. The attack effected the Indian share market as Sensex and nifty crashed immediately after the attacks. PM Modi called for all party meeting to discuss about the LOC situation, the meeting will be held today in the evening. Pakistan Prime minister was disappointed by the surgical operation conducted by Indian Army. He said “Our willingness for harmony should not be treated as our weakness.

Ravi Shankar Prasad, the law minister of India said” The surgical attacks were conducted because Pakistan militants have been constantly involved in unauthorized attacks with Indian army. In addition to this he also mentioned that Pakistan government is equally responsible for these attacks.

According to the sources while conducting the operation, villages in Punjab (international border with Pakistan) were evacuated. The sources also mentioned that Indian causalities have been reported during the surgical attacks.

People  Celebrated the victory across Nation - Sweets were distributed, Cracker Fired, Social Media - Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook flooded with congratulation message to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and India Army. This Victory dedicated to the sacrifice of the 17 soldiers martyred.
